We’re on the hunt for more talent to join our team, but finding the right people can be tricky. That’s where you come in! 

We’re excited to roll out our new referral bonus system: if you refer someone who joins RAIKU and stays for a 3-month period, you’ll pocket €1000 net as a thank you.

Here’s the deal:

• Have a look at our Machine Design Engineer position here. 
• Send us an email at work@raiku.co with a short intro about your referral.
• Tell us how you know them, any past work connections, and why they’d be a great fit – share their personality traits, skills, and all the good stuff.
• Don’t forget to CC your referral, and even better if you can attach their CV.

Once you’ve introduced the candidate, we’ll take over. We’ll get back in touch to get your bank details when the person accepts the offer. Once your referral completes the 3-month period, we’ll send you the referral bonus of €1000 net within 7 days.
